The first two-days of the conference (June 19 and 20) will be held in the Rosewood Hotel Georgia in downtown Vancouver. This flexible space can also be used for large exhibits and displays. Graced with frosted glass windows, a minstrel balcony and elegant décor, the thoughtfully restored Spanish Ballroom is a splendid space for a wide array of events, including annual meetings, weddings, seated dinners, receptions and large exhibitions. The rooms open to a promenade of exclusive pre-function space with floor-to-ceiling windows – creating a space large enough for a stand-up reception for up to eight hundred guests.

Parking
The Hotel provides valet parking on-site at the fee of $35CAD inclusive of applicable taxes and fees for up to 3 hours. Any time after 3 hours, the rate of $60CAD will apply. The next immediate parking facility is located at Cadillac Fairview Pacific Center Mall.

DAY 3-UBC Robson Square

The International Innovation Day will be held at the UBC Robson Square, which is the heart of the Robson Square complex – a site in downtown Vancouver designed by internationally renowned architect Arthur Erickson. This civic complex is home to the Law Courts, government offices and the Vancouver Art Gallery. Robson Square is at the epicentre of Vancouver’s social, cultural and business districts.

Driving & Parking
To access the parking lot for 800 Robson Street (Lot 189), head south on Howe Street to the corner at Nelson Street. The parking lot entrance will be on your right, just before Nelson. Note that Howe is a one-way street.
Once you have entered the parking lot, follow the directional signs to UBC Robson Square. The maximum height for the Robson Square parking garage is 6.5 feet.
