This conference is an in-person joint event with the TAPPI Nano Conference which will be held in Vancouver on June 12-16, 2023. We are pleased to offer a $50 discount to those who register for both FIBC and TAPPI Nano, and TAPPI will offer an additional $100 off on their registration. This offer is valid until June 1st, 2023.

Please note that:

• All conference registration fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST 5% will be applied at the checkout. 
• Secure online credit card payments are handled by UBC TouchNet Payment Processing System. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
• Registration fee includes access to all sessions, the welcome reception, lunches, refreshments and exhibitions on the day that the admission pass includes.
• It is recommended to use credit card for payment, but if you need to pay by EFT, please request for the wire instruction by email to info@forbio.ca.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your registration, please send your request by email to FIBC2023@ubc.ca as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund if it is cancelled on or before March 31, 2023 and 50% refund from April 1 until April 30, 2023. There will be no refund after April 30, 2023.

REFUND SCHEDULE

• 100% – Cancellation request received by March 31, 2023
• 50% – Cancellation request received after March 31, 2023 and no later than April 30, 2023
• No refund – Cancellation request received after April 30, 2023

To qualify for the discounts, you must email proof of registration to both organizers by June 1st. Otherwise, you will need to pay the remaining balance.
